Master's Wonder

Reborn After Untold Adversity

Due to my wish to put an end to all of my bad habits and smooth my unpolished temperament, and also, owing to my desire to learn from Master's perfect, noble and bright qualities, I often pleaded for Master to let me have a fresh start in life. Master told me that I may well have been restarting at that very moment; every day may be seen as a new beginning, with fruitful results, and that I must not waste my life.

At that time I had already contracted a serious illness. My body had started to show symptoms of a severe ailment, and I needed an operation the next day.

My stomach, chest and pancreas were all affected. The doctor did not think I stood any chance of surviving. While I was dying, the transformation body of Master was always on my right hand side holding my hand. I realized then that if it were not for this serious illness, I would not have had this good rest; nor would I have been able to make such a thorough self-assessment.

At work, I had been so bossy and manipulative. Even after I had let go of these worldly tasks, I still had not been able to rectify my bad qualities and put Master's teachings into practice. I then sincerely pleaded to Master, "I don't want to die yet, as I have not completed my lessons. Please let me make further use of this physical body to start anew and practice earnestly."

Miraculously, from that instant, I turned into a normal person--no longer troubled by the illness. Although every day I still had to fight for my life, I felt very happy inside. Even though I was often in a feverish coma, I still managed to remain conscious; but my soul frequently left my physical body. The transformation body of Master comforted me, "Just let it come and go everyday, I will be on your right side holding your hand." I calmly listened to Master and told myself, "The misery will go away eventually. No matter what kind of pain or illness it might be, just accept it. What is the point of paying any attention to it!" And so I felt more and more at ease. I understood truly that this was only a show, and that I would not play the same role every time.

A week after Master's birthday, the transformation body of Master came and told me, "You may go home now." I then asked the doctor, "Can I go home today?" The doctor stared at me wide-eyed, "We'll need another X-Ray before we can decide, but not that early!" I had the X-Ray taken straightaway and requested for the outcome immediately. The doctor eventually agreed and I was discharged on the same date as mentioned by the transformation body of Master.

During my stay at the hospital, fellow initiates looked after me as though I was a member of their own family. Every day, several dozens of them took turns to meditate in my room. Master's videos were screened 24 hours a day. Even the doctor, while inspecting the room, would ask, "Where has Master got to today in Her lecture?" The whole hospital was taken by surprise at the way I was looked after by the fellow initiates. The doctors and nurses were shocked to discover that the patient who had been diagnosed as "certain death" had not only miraculously pulled through and lived, but in a short one and a half months, she had recovered to the extent that she could be discharged from the hospital. The sample booklets left at the hospital by fellow initiates were snapped up by the doctors and nurses, who could not wait to find out exactly what kind of divine power it was which proved to be so wondrous!

Master, I can find nothing to repay You with, but I will try to follow You and learn from You properly. I wish to make the following imploration, if I have done wrong, please let me know clearly and unambiguously what my mistakes are. This is all I ask for. Materially I do not want for anything else. You have already given me more than enough. I have a happy family, a good husband and a couple of clever sons. And now I have You -- a Master who loves me. I am indeed the most fortunate woman in the world!

Richly Rewarded While Working For Master

One day, the Quan Yin messenger in the refugee camp was so busy with his work that he could not leave the camp to report to Master. So he asked me and another practitioner to go in place of him. When we got to the gates, we saw a sign that said, "No one is allowed to go outside today". We asked ourselves, "How can we make the report to Master now?" So we started praying silently to Master as we walked toward the security guards at the gates. One of the guards reconfirmed to us that no one could go outside the camp that day. Suddenly, another guard came over and talked to an older guard. He said that we were members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai meditation Association. We were deeply moved to hear people mentioning Master's name as we were praying to Her.

It was incredible that, immediately, the guard then invited us into the office, with courtesy and respect. He then signed the papers which allowed us to go outside the camp. He even enthusiastically asked another guard to escort us out.

On the bus, we were very touched by the experience that Master had bestowed upon us. Even though it was only for a very small job of reporting to Master, Her power and love helped us to accomplish it. They were indeed extremely grateful for Master's almighty power. This demonstrated that working for Master, no matter how big or small, complex or simple the job is, we will always be protected, and rewarded abundantly. No matter how many problems and obstacles there may be, as long as we sincerely want to accomplish the task, then Master's power and love will arrange the most expedient way for us to perform our duty!

A Living Enlightened Master -- A Doctor Of Doctors

There is a fellow initiate who, whilst working as a medical practitioner, can often sense Master's power at work in caring for sentient beings who are suffering from untold misery and sickness.

Once he received a phone call, at midnight, from a lady who told him, in a very weak voice, that she suffered from cancer of the rectum, and had been having diarrhea with pus and blood for the last one and a half years. She pleaded for the doctor initiate to pay her a home visit. The fellow initiate immediately advised her to become a total vegetarian, and so stop creating new karma for the sick body. He told her that this was her only hope of a cure. It turned out that the patient had been refused treatment by hospitals because she was so weak that any anesthetic injection would have immediately killed her. To her, the fellow initiate's words were like "a beam of light in the darkness". She immediately agreed to become a total vegetarian. The fellow initiate visited her straightaway, took her pulse and issued her with prescriptions. He also gave her a copy of Master's sample booklet, and told her to recite Master's name and pray to Master for help when in need. In the end a miracle came: In less than ten days, her condition improved; she regained her strength and was able to resume work!

The lady's husband was working out of town; she not only had to go to work, but also look after several small children. Being troubled by such illness and poverty, and if Master's love had not arrived in time, we really could not imagine how her conditions could improve. Not long after that, while celebrating her father's birthday, she was dominated by his influence and ate non-vegetarian food. When she got home, she suffered a relapse of her old ailment. She hurried off to seek the initiate's help. The initiate told her that she should repent immediately, and should not allow the incident to reoccur. He again introduced Master's teachings to her, so that she understood profoundly that it was Master who was her true savior --- a living, enlightened Master; the Doctor of all doctors. The lady is now a total vegetarian, and has started studying Master's teachings.

Return Of The Pumpkin!

A recently initiated fellow practitioner in Formosa, while meditating at home, happened to have alongside him a dried and shrunken, yellow pumpkin. After he had finished meditating he found, to his astonishment, that the dried and shrunken pumpkin had turned fresh and green! He could also, at the same time, smell a strong scent of sandalwood.

This interesting and wondrous experience is a testimony to Master's and the Quan Yin Method's power, which is omnipresent as well as omnipotent. Because of his sincerity in meditation, the vibration and magnetism radiating from him in just a few hours had blown new life into withered vegetation. This fact, I am afraid, would take even the scientists by surprise.

Master Manifested Herself During Initiation

The fellow initiates in Mainland China are generally very sincere in their search for the Tao. Before the initiation process, they were all very high spirited, full of excitement and gratitude, in celebrating this day of their true rebirth.

Before initiation started, the Quan Yin messenger was arranging Master's chair and putting out flowers and blessed food, a fellow initiate saw Master's manifestation form "descend" and sit on the chair. The Quan Yin messenger was unaware of this, so the fellow initiate did not dare to laugh. After the initiation, he told the Quan Yin messenger, "Before initiation started, the manifestation form of Master was already sitting on the chair, you didn't see Her and were trying to move the chair, Master was staring at you all the time and you didn't know at all!" The Quan Yin messenger said, "How could you have seen Her? You must not talk so casually." The fellow initiate then described the color and the design of the clothes which Master's manifestation form was wearing. There were other initiates who saw the manifestation form of Master also. The descriptions of the manifestation form of Master they saw were exactly the same. More than half of the fellow initiates saw Master's manifestation form that day.

During another initiation process, a would-be-initiate who had not fulfilled the three-month vegetarian diet requirement, was practicing the Convenient Method in the next room. While he was meditating, he saw light of five colors shoot out from a photograph of Master, then Master walked out from the photograph and blessed every fellow practitioner in the place where the initiation session was held. She was followed closely by a Quan Yin messenger.

From these incidents, we can see that no matter whether Master is present physically or not, Her manifestation form will always be there to transmit the power during the initiation.

Double Blessings From Master During Initiation

Since ancient times, spiritual practice has been very popular in Mainland China. Countless sincere Truth seekers longing for liberation travel everywhere in search of an enlightened master. Upon hearing about the Quan Yin Method, that offers immediate enlightenment and liberation in one lifetime, many of them earnestly wait day and night, looking forward to Master's arrival in the near future so that they may receive initiation. One man's longing was so great that he saw Master's manifestation form come to him during meditation. Master comforted him and told him to be patient, and that he would receive initiation soon. Sure enough, shortly after, he received his notice for initiation. He was so happy and excited. During the initiation, everyone deeply felt Master's supreme power blessing them. Most of the initiates saw Master's manifestation form blessing them one by one, and they were filled with wonderful feelings of joy and happiness.

Once after an initiation, one of the initiates opened his eyes and he could still see Master's manifestation form sitting on the chair in front of them, continue to bless them. He wondered, "During meditation, Master's manifestation form appeared inside, but how come when I open my eyes, I still see Master's manifestation form outside blessing us?" The amazing phenomena of receiving a double blessing was incomprehensible to him, so he asked the Quan Yin messenger, "Would there be something wrong with my eyes?" However, he was absolutely certain that he saw Master's manifestation stay behind the whole time and patiently take care of them.

From this verification, we can see even more clearly that the manifestation form of Master never leaves us; She is always by our sides, protecting us.

God Will Not disappoint Those Who Are Sincere

A fellow initiate from Mainland China was passing through Hong Kong, and after some checking, found the address to "The Supreme Master Ching Hai Vegetarian House". The restaurant is normally open till 8 p.m., but on that night it did not close until after 9 p.m. After the fellow initiate who works there had closed the shop, he noticed that one of the lights was still on. So he went back in and turned off the light. As he locked the door again and was about to leave, a man suddenly rushed over and pounded on the door of the Vegetarian House. After questioning him, the working fellow initiate opened the door to let this brother initiate in. When this brother initiate came inside and saw Master's picture, he knelt down immediately. The fellow initiate quickly told him, "Master doesn't want us to kneel down and worship Her." So he got up, but he couldn't control his tears. His friend, who had accompanied him there, was very surprised at how such a big man could have such a strong emotional response. Certainly, only our fellow initiates can understand such feelings!

Inside the Vegetarian House, he purchased all of the necklaces with Master's picture to give to other fellow initiates when he went back to the Mainland. He had originally planned to go back on the next day, but immediately changed his plane ticket when he heard that Master was staying in Hong Kong and would be holding a press conference the day after the next. He planned to leave in the evening after attending the press conference.The next day, he went to the center for group meditation. When he saw Master, he bowed down onto the floor again, fully expressing his longing and sincerity.

To be able to see Master when passing through Hong Kong really fulfilled his desires!
