Ingredients:
16 | oz. cream cheese (Do not use fat free or reduced fat cream cheese) |
6 | oz. sweetened condensed milk (Do not use fat free or reduced fat condensed milk) |
1 | readymade 9 inch pie shell |
1 | fresh lemon juice (or according to taste) |

Cherry or blueberry pie filling |
Directions:
1. | Soften cream cheese in microwave. (About 1 minute). Stir until
there are no lumps. |
2. | Add
sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Whisk well. |
3. | Pour mixture into pie shell, cover, and chill overnight (or at least 3-4 hours). |
4. | Spoon on Cherry pie filling as garnish. |
For other flavors:
* | Mini Chocolate chips may be mixed into the cream cheese batter. As garnish, use shaved chocolate. |
* | Fruit bites may be added to cream cheese mixture. (Soft textured fruits like can peaches and strawberries are good for this dish. Do not use banana, because they turn dark) |
* | Crushed chocolate cookies like
Oreo cookies are also great for this recipe. Garnish with whole Oreo cookies. |
